I have been wanting to lose weight for awhile now. My husband and i have been wanting to start a family and i havent been successful in conceiving and i know that my weight is a big factor. according to bmi and what not i need to lose at least 100 pounds to be in the healthy range. I cant find the motivation to get out and exercise and i have many excuses that i know arent acceptable :( i am going to try and go for a walk later this evening
