First Day

I was going to do before pictures this morning before I headed to College but I forgot. I did a 13 min warm up on an elliptical, which is where I sweated the most. I could also not do 3 sets of 15 reps for the leg raises. I only managed one set of 15, which included lots of breaks. My shoulders were feeling a little sore during class afterwards, which was quite uncomfortable but manageable.

    Don't forget the progress pictures. They're very important for your motivation. Don't take too many though. Maybe every 10 days.
