First Day on FT Exercise Program
I must say I liked it. It was a bit tough trying to figure out which weight to use, knowing that I had 4 sets to do. I didn't want it to be too easy, but I wanted to do the complete set of recommended reps. Is that good? Or should I have gone higher on the weight?
I'm also still working on getting a meal plan together. Since I workout and then do cardio in the morning, I'm not sure what to eat before I go, and how far in advance. I don't want to get a loaded down with a big breakfast, but I also want to have enough energy to do the workout and then the 30 minutes of cardio.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Right now I just have a yogurt or something light, then go workout, then get a protein shake immediately after, and then have oatmeal or cold cereal for breakfast.
