First day on new program and reached 210 pounds.

Stepped on the scale to find that I dropped from 217 to 210.8 in a week, good progress so far.

Cardio:
20 minutes elliptical on hills, level 10.
10 minutes bike on hills, level 10.
20 minutes cross-trainer on interval.

Did shoulders, forearms and abs today. Would like to see progress on the shoulders down the road.
