First day sice Knee surgery 5.5 months ago, feel sore but good!!!

abs-legs

barbell squats 12 reps @ 55 lbs crunches 45 reps
12 reps @ 75 leg raises 31 reps
10 reps @ 75 seated twists 45 @ 15
10 reps @ 105

dumbell straight leg deadlift
12 reps @ 25
12 reps @ 25
10 reps @ 25
10 reps @ 25

Ran for 15 minutes until knee pain started!!!!
