Just an introduction to say I'm feeling good and motivated to lose weight.  Going to the gym today and meeting wife there.  I will either do upper body or may try the workout tailored for me from this website.  And as always, do 30 minutes on the treadmill while watching HGTV at Planet Fitness.  I have been eating healthier and cutting out junk food.  Still cheat once in a great while, but that keeps the interest and keeps the eating healthier from being too boring.
