Starting this FLog after july 4th madness! ready to get back into lifting shape and actually pull some weight again. gonna start with Back today.
Warmup:
Row Machine, Tire Flips
Start: 
Seated cable row 
Lat pulldowns
DB back fly
Farmers carry
Bad Mornings
YTWAs
snatch press
Dead Lift
Cooldown:
Lat cable pushdown
Pull ups (to faliure)
Superman/banana (down and back the astroturf) 
 
I'm doing about 3-4 sets of each, lets see how i hold up now that my injury has fully healed
