Hey all! So I just joined the site, and I'm looking for tips. I'm used to doing circuit training, and it had worked well for me in the past, but the circuits on here don't really fit what I was looking for- they don't have enough for cardio and full-body moves. My question is, is it better to do strength training and supplement that with cardio and some circuits of my own, or should I stick to circuits of my own and supplement those with strength training say twice a week? I know it's different for everyone, but I'm sure someone must have experience with this! I'm looking to tone, lose weight and firm up, and I've been going to the gym (as in, familiar with the gym) for about 3 years now, I'm just running out of ideas and I don't know what the best all-around solutions are!
