First flog going to the gym for about 7 months now have not lost any weight but have not gained any either. However I have change my diet to where I eat my charbs in the morning before 12 and eating ever 2 to 4 hours depending on my schedule also started going to the Chiroprater two weeks ago these comeing up Wed. my neck feels great but my lower back is geat much better. I plan on getting back to doing yogu in the mornings. Sorry for the spelling I have learning/ mental disablitys.
