First Flog

I've been pretty regular for 5 days now - only missed 1....coo coo ca choo!  I feel better mentally and emotionally. I swear I am already feeling tone in my core (mind you I only have about 14 lbs to lose and my abs beneath my fat were already developing). Still, they are better now. 
I need to get sneakers and start walking and biking. 
I need to get a bike too....then I can start biking. 
I want to look younger than 42.  I'm not aiming for 32 - just knock a few years off and tone up my body so it looks attractive again. 
There's no reason to let yourself go....this I am finally getting.
