thigh hurts.
NEED HELP WITH MOTIVATION!
I'm thinking of starting running again soon and doing the couch to 5k program. I'm not a good runner and it always hurts my thighs when I run but it gets so much easier if you keep at it. I'm always on this site for motivation so I'll keep you in check :D
