First real workout

I was in NYC for the weekend on Friday my college buddy that actually got me started in weightlifting and I worked out at a Golds gym. We started with bench press, only 2 sets but supperseted with low weight/high rep flyes. We did 185x10 and 205x7 (not to bad for the first time in 2 months) we did 1 set of incline 135x10. Then we went to bicpes, we did barbell curls 65x10, 85x10, 95x7. Db curls I did 35x10 and 35x7. Triceps were next not sure what the weights are now but we did 10 sets for them. On a much brighter note I go back to the gym for real this week!!!!!
