First Time

I am not sure if anyone is reading this, but if you are welcome! I am trying this website and FLog to hopefully become more motivated and stay on track. I am not completely sure how to go about this, so I am just going to start my introducing myself.
I am a junior in college and I am currently 20 years old. I currently weigh 180 pounds. My goal is to lose 45 pounds and get my weight down to 135 pounds. Not only do I jsut want to lose weight, but I also want to tine my body and build muscle. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but I always try by myself and seem to lose motivation quickly. I have a gym on campus that I just never seem to have the motivation to go to even though it is just across the street. I know, pathetic right? I know that now and I also know that it is okay as long as I change that now and actually go.
I also know that exercise is not the only weigh to lose weight. Nutrition is also a big part weight loss. One problem that I always seem to run into is that I live on campus and the school food is not always that healthy. Sometimes, I find it difficult to make healthy choices when there is always unhealthy foods such as pizza available. I am hoping that recording my diet and exercise will keep me reliable and motivate me keep me on track.
I hope that my sotry will one day motivate others. I may be over weight now and I may not be ahppy with my body, but I am hoping that in a year's time I will be.
