First time for everything!!!
So after years of working construction and not doing anything physical when I would get home and after years of putting off the inevitable, I joined this awesome sight. And now whenever I want a different type of training without paying for a gym membership I can't afford to a place I won't have time to visit... BOOM there it is. At fingers reach and easy to adjust. And because I can do this at home, the wife also joined me in the endeavour. We have been busy for the past month, switching it up between cardio and some weight training. Gained 10 lbs in the first week in muscle mass but felt great since the end of week one. Today, we pushed the envelope with some heavier weights and the leg day has kicked our asse' but still feel good about it. It's a long road with 4 kids to take most of our time and also a job that demands service excellence and "flexible" timeframes, but we are doing it and hope that others can do the same. Keep it up guys!!!
Push harder than what you usually are used to. Try something different. Go on youtube and choose something you like. Just don't stop and don't give up. We can all get there and have some fun doing it too.
