First weekend

Feeling pretty good after my first weekend of diet and exericse.  So far, I have cut out a tremendous amount of carbs.  I'm hoping I can keep it up, since that is a huge weakness.  Ran 1 1/2 miles each day.  Timing needs some definite improvement though.
