first workout...
So i set my alarm to wake me at 4am this morning so I could have ample time to exercise before my day starts......
Wellll... it alarmed this morning.. and i basically laughed at myself. I honestly thought the prospect of actually getting out of my very comfortable bed, and veryyyyyyy lovely sleep to go and struggle on an exercise mat was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention hilarious. So much for that :/
But I decided that slacking wasn't a good way to start sooo I did it tonight......took about 45 mins. That's good timing, right?
My first session wasn't too bad... :/ Was a bit boring tho. Wish I had someone to exercise with... but nevertheless, my music helped alot and nowww I'm QUITE sleepy!

Is it necessary to do cooling down exercises before I hit the sack?
