well the leasure centre is closed over easter, so i brought myself a fitness ball instead of a easter egg, missed going swimming this morning, wow me missing exercise never thought that day would come.  I need to remember that i can do this, i decided to forget about being embarassed by joining the gym, we are all there for a reason mine is to lose weight, so on monday at 10am i go for induction, hopefully it will go well
