Five Years Later

Five years later and my goals have tempered a bit. . . I'm not overly concerned with maxing my bench or squats. . . just staying healthy and keeping in shape. Trying to run on the off days of weight training. Did the P90X routine a couple of times and got tired of it - it takes too long - but I might use some of the cardio routines like kenpo in place of the running.
