FL 1b2 -- It is Friday and tomorrow I will be

Deadlifts 3 sets, 15x115 ea. superset with
Incline Chest Press, 3 sets, 15x25,15x25,10x30 plus 5x25 (to make the 15)

Bulgarian split squats: 3 sets, 15x20's ea. superset with
Mixed grip lat pulldowns: 3 sets, 15x100,15x100,15x90

Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets, 15x95 each. (felt an annoying burning in my traps on the last set--why? Have felt it before but it doesn't cause any lasting pain, just makes getting through the sets tougher)

Superset with Swiss Ball Lateral Rolls:
okay, only actually did two sets of these, 1 for 22 total and 25 total for the second set. I went online and found a video of these last night and tried them out. Nobody else liked these at all...they made faces. Once I figure out what they are doing for me I'll decide whether to keep them or sub out something else.

This workout is kicking my butt even though I am having difficulty adhering to the 75 sec. rests. I come close, so I am still huffing and puffing through the workout, but it is a challenge when you're sharing equipment with others. Tim has me seriously worried about what's ahead in Fat Loss II.

My diet has been great...I'm packing all my meals consistently and am having no problem resisting goodies waved in front of me.
