I left my log in the van... too lazy to go get it... let's see if I can remember what I did..

Start: 8:00am
Finish: 8:44am

Warm Up: 6:30

C&P/Pull Up Ladders: 3 ladders of 3 rungs with the 16kg

Scapular retraction: 10/10/10

Roller & Stretch: 16:00

Thoughts: Overall, not too bad today.. I tried some DLs with just the bar.. gotta work on some flexibility, I think.
