Flip... Flop

I've been flip flopping the last couple of days in regards to my routine. My goal was to get to 12% body fat after following the New Rules of Lifting. Well, after two rounds of the three round workout, I actually gained fat. I started around 14.5% and am now just shy of 16%. And, I lost muscle, not surprise. I did lose about nine pounds or so.

So, after some serious thought and a mission to meet a goal I've set, I'm going to continue with the Fat Loss Routine from NROL and see what happens. If I do not get to 12%, I'll move on to a Hypertrophy program.

I think I'm done flipping around.... for now.
