focusing on abs
ok i've been focusing on my ab muscles for the past couple days and there are two exercises that have been good for me to do cause i'm working out at home and not at a gym or anything like that i just work out at home and walk around the block a couple of times when i feel like taking a walk or something like that..but the exercises are the twisting crunches and leg raises and i have a feeling if i keep this up along with using my Wii Fit Plus i'll achieve the goals i have set for myself..but i found that when i do the leg raises that instead of just putting my hands to my sides i don't accomplish much cause i want to move them also so i put them underneath me instead and it helps me focus more on my ab muscles and it keeps me from wanting to move my arms and hands to
