Walked 18 miles on treadmill. Calorie burn is about 100 per 3 miles. Lifted 3 days. Lifts are relatively light with 20 reps. Worked arms one day, legs one day and chest and back another.
We'll paddle 2 hours each of the next 3 days.
Each night I'm working abs, back and stretching for 45 minutes. Feeling good. Breathing much improved. I'm still losing close to 2 pounds a week. Went from 225 to 210 so far. Goal is between 180 and 190. I think I'll be way to skinny at 180.
Thoughts: I'm sorry I didn't do more cross training in the past. The variety is very productive and makes me feel good physically. I doubt that I'll ever lift heavy again. I'll get my weight amounts and routine logged when time permits. We're in the midst of fall harvest now.
