Form and Pump-chest and biceps

Highlights: the form was perfect and the pump followed. I had a huge blood rush into the muscles. I missed that while doing the heavy sets I have been doing.
Lowlight: time constraints as well as a cold still hanging on lowered the over all number of sets and I had to drop triceps of my workout as well. As of the 15th i will be out of the gym again. We literaly have now extra monies.
