Fri wk 1

Yesterday....MP3 decided not to work for some reason...so I jumped rope 12 min w cool down...that is SO HARD!!

And a big thanks to Ken here...I didn't want to do it at all but he gave me the push I needed to get my cardio in
:)

Todays workout felt good...my jump squats are actualy jumps and not hops..movements felt clean.
This is a great break in workout...I'll do this another couple weeks or so then head into something new..
