Did HIIT on elliptical for 25mins.
This means I've reached my target of 5 cardio sessions for this week. Just have to do my legs split today, and I'll have reached my exercise goal for the week.
I made strange flapjacks last night with oatmeal, egg, very low fat cheese, apple, ginger and cinnamon. They taste a bit wierd, but a hell of a lot better than the shop bought ones, which had a slight solvent chang to them, and also had hydrogenated oils in them. I know exactly what I'm putting in my body with the homemade ones.
