I realized putting this together...I hadn't done this workout yet...I always got out of it for some reason...it was tough!!!


4 sets
db squats 8lb w/ over head press 8 reps(wussy...but all I could handle)
3 sets
split squats w/lat raises 8 reps(8lb db)
SLDL w/ BB rows 55lbs...this was a little heavy...felt it in my back..to lazy to change the weight.
3 sets
front squats w/front raise 8 reps(8lb db)

cardio...I crapped out...10 minutes...
