whew...this is a painful workout......

4 sets
db squats 8lb w/ over head press 12 reps...8 last..
3 sets
split squats w/lat raises 12 reps(8lb db)
3 sets
SLDL w/ BB rows 50lbs...this was felt good today...as a little bit of a struggle with the last set of rows.
3 sets
front squats w/front raise 10 reps(8lb db)

gonna get some cardio in here in a minute...really looking forward to the measure sunday...I feel smaller all over...wore some pants last night I haven't worn in a while...I like them a little lower on the hip...and a bit baggier...but was fun to where my clothes again....
