I had 1/4c steel cut oats and 1 egg, 3 whites this morning, then (after digesting), worked out:
Warmed up by marching, stepping, dancing until warm.. then did 4 circuits of the following:
Band squats
band curls
band overhead extensions
med ball side lunges
swiss ball push-ups
band 1 arm rows
1 minute jumping jacks
Then I finished it with 3 different ab exercises with a 3 pound ball and a set of birddogs and some stretching. Felt really good.
Had a shake - 2 scoops isopure, 1 tbsp 3-6-9 oil
12:30
1 can tuna, tbsp lite mayo
apple.
Hair appointment took longer than expected, so we are going out for an early dinnner (I missed snack time)
Not a stellar day, but not a complete loss, either. At least I worked out!
