AM cardio - 30 minutes recumbent bike, low intensity

Workout - Tri's/Bi's
warm-up 3 minutes elliptical, light curls and extensions

Close grip bench 60X12, 70X10, 80X10

Skull krushers - to nose 25.5*X12, 35.5X10, 40.5X8
*bar weighs 15.5 lbs, that is why the od weight amounts

Tri press-down, straight bar 60X12, 80X10, 100X8

Seated db curls 15'sX12, 20'sX10, 25/20/15X4/3/1 (again, I need an inbetween weight)

Standing cambered bar curls 30.5X12, 35.5X10, 38X8

Did my second cardio session immediately after working out (didn't want to do it later :) )
18 minutes HIIT


Food:

6:30
1 scoop syntrax whey in water

(cardio)

5 egg whites, tbsp salsa
1/3c black beans, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper
Tbsp guacamole, tbsp salsa
1 slice ezekial bread, smart balance light

10:30
1 scoop syntrax whey
1 scoop isopure
1/4c walnuts
1 green apple

Dog park - 45 minutes

1:00 (this is for a pizza craving)
1/2c classico mushroom spaghetti sauce
1/2c rice
4 oz extra lean ground beef
sprinkle parmesan

(workout)

PWO shake
2 sccops isopure
&gt;30g mixed carbs

Fuze 'slenderize' 18 oz ( I have been having these in the evening after/during my eveninig cardio and haven't thought to list them. It is low carb and has vitamin C, carnitine, CLA, I think, and something else...but really tasty, and no artificial colors/flavors. It is my 'reward' for double cardio days)

Burrito bol at chipotle: I have them put in:

1/4c black beans
chicken
corn salsa, reg salsa
lettuce

Things I did right today:

1) Had black beans - twice! A great source of anti-oxidants, iron and fiber!
2)Did my cardio (it was a mental struggle)
3) Realized it was Friday and I didn't feel like lying down and sleeping. The two-a-days are definitely hard, but really not as bad as I had anticipated!
4) Didn't have pizza! hat rice/burger/sauce mix was really good and didn't make me feel sick or bloated the way pizza does.
6) Had a long, hot bath.AHHH. What a reward!
5)TGIF...only, I still have to work out Saturday and do cardio Sunday...but at least it is the weekend!
