Hey! Am cardio - 35 minutes, aerobics and kickboxing

Pm cardio 45 minutes recumbent bike, then I did my abs - 3 sets 15 reps crossover crunches w/3 lb db's and 3 sets double crunchesX20

Food today:

6:30
isopure in crystal lite
banana

9:15ish
1 can tuna
green apple
WF honey dijon
2 rice cakes
1/4c walnuts

2:00 (late lunch, errands ran longer than planned)
lite flat wrap
5 oz deli turkey breast
lettuce
1/2 a tomato, lite mayo (smear)

5:00 (hubby took me out for a cheat meal :) )
1 1/2 vietnamese eggrolls, fish sauce
giant bowl of ha tieu (vietnamese chicken soup) :
broth
rice noodles
shredded chicken breast
fresh basil, bean sprouts, lime, jalapeno pepper slices, mmmmmm

snack in a few minutes: (9:00)
1 egg, 4 whites
1 small onion
cocnut oil for cooking

Things I did righ ttoday:
1) did the grocery shopping and walked out with all healthy foods :)
2) got my workout in this evening..
3) Bought some new workout tunes (mini reward) :)
