7 pm: Victorian, salad, backed potato
Warmup: Walking lunges 3 sets of 15 no weights
Deadlift: 90x15, 140x12, 160x10, 180x8, 200x5, 230x3 WHOO HOO
Stationary lunges: 60x12, 60x10, 60x8
Was not able to finish my workout but I was pretty happy hitting DL 230x3
