AM Cardio:
Interval aerobics/sculpting video 30 minutes

Arms
I rebelled and did my workout backwards today....that was different :)

Warm-up elliptical, light curls and extensions

Standing ez bar curls 35.5X12, 45&gt;5X10, 55.5X8 :)
DB curls (alternating, supinating) 25x12, 25X12, Dropset 30X6 25X4? 20X6 15X8
My forearms were so pumped I had to rest and stretch :)
tri pressdown 100X12, 110X12, Dropset 120X8 100X8 80X8 60X8
Skull krushers 45.5X12, 50.5X11, 55.5X6 +3 negatives (can't seem to get past those six reps...)
Close grip bench 130X12, 140X10 DRopset 150X5 130X4 110X3 that really sucked as the last exercise, compared to when it is the first exercise..boo

PM cardio : Dog walk

Food today - I got all my meals in !!!!!!!

1 scoop whey, a little coffee

Things I did right today:
1) Got my meals all in!!!!!!
2) Went for a walk after dinner, almost skipped it, but I laced up my shoes, put the dogs on their leashes and went!
