Had a good leg workout...
Quads, hams, calves..
warm-up elliptical 5 minutes , light squats
Squat 135x10, 135X10, 145X8 happy about that
DB lunges 25'sx12, 35'sX10, 40'sX8
Leg Press 360X10, 360X10, 380X8
Standing calf raise 110X15, 110X15, 110X12
seated calf raise 3 sets 70X12
Short and sweet :)
No cardio on leg day :)
Food so far:
7:00
1/4c steel cut oats
2 scoops whey, Tbsp Udo's oil
crystal lite
9:45 PWO shake
11:40
5 oz chicken breast
1/4c brown rice
2:30
2 bratwurst (fat fat fatty fat)
asparagus
in about 10 minutes (5:30):
5 oz lean ground beef,
green salad, oil and vinegar dressing
at 8:30 I will have:
2 eggs,
4 whites
Tbsp Udo's oil
:)
Things I did right today:
1) Thoroughly enjoyed squatting again :)
2) Didn't sit and wallow too much....kept busy
3) Hmmm. Helped someone hopefully choose to be all natural instead of going on a cycle of steroids...not sure yet if it sank in or not.
