Friday....

I'm inputing this early because we are now working half days on Fridays...woohoo! That means I can get to the gym for my workout and then I have the rest of the afternoon to myself....time for some retail therapy!

My plan for the gym today is a full body routine plus I'm going to try some of the turbulance training moves. These will include:

Warmup:
2X in circuit:
Prisoner squats-10 reps
pushups-6 reps
Prisoner Forward lung-6 reps per side

Workout:

1: SS X3
bulgarian spit squats (3X10) 2-1-1
Back extension on ball (3X15) 2-0-1
1 min rest

2: SS X3
Inverted Row (3X8) 2-0-1
Close-grip pushup (3X12) 3-0-1 (will have to do these from the knees for now)
1min rest

SS X3
Ball rollout (3X12) 3-0-1
Spiderman Lunge (3X12) 1-0-1


Torso Training:
SS 3X
Mountain Climber (3X20) 1-1-1
Bicycle Crunch (3X40) 1-0-1
1min rest

SS 3X
Ball jackknife (3X15) 1-2-1
Side Plank leg Lift (3X10) 1-2-1
1 min rest

SS 3X
Waiters Bow (3X12) 2-0-1
Plank with arms on ball (3X60s)

OMG I'm exhausted just looking at this workout...what am i getting myself into???


I'm curious to see how long this takes to do...should be pretty quick. I'm supposed to do HIIT following, but NOT today. Next week I'll add the HIIT. should be fun!!

Looking forward to the weekend...only 1 hr to go! I think I'll be golfing tomorrow and then Sunday will be a rest day.
