Friday I had a good arm workout and did 20 minutes HIIT. My stomach was upset all day, so my eating was affected. I ate mashed potatoes for dinner...not low carb, LOL.
This morning I had the best leg workout I have had in weeks...very suprising and pleasing! Brian even added in some things and I worked right through, no problem.
Warm-up: elliptical 7 minutes, a few lunges to loosen up my legs a little (still sore from Wednesday, LOL)
Leg extension - 120X12, 140X10, 160X10dropX10dropX10
Leg Press 270X12, 350X10, 450X15 (failure) NICE :)
Smith squats - forward, narrow stance 3 sest 90X10 - still bothering hip a little, but better
Shawn squats with wall sit 3 sets 15 reps and 30 count, last wall sit with 25# plate.
Sumo squats 3 sets of 30lbsX12
I did some abs on the BOSu afterwards..and stretched!
What an awesome workout - the power of chiropractic is confirmed in my mind :) Or maybe it was the mashed potatoes......
