Friday and today

Friday was no lifting :) and 2 cardio sessions..
AM cardio (actually not very early) 30 minutes cross counrty program on upright bike followed by 20 minute randon program on treadmill and lots of stretching.

PM cardio 31 minutes random hills on recumbent bike

Friday food:

6:45
1egg, 3 whites, coconut oil
2 slices brown rice bread with smart balance light and a little pineapple jam
coffee, splenda

10:00
myoplex lite (being rather lazy)

3 soy hot dogs (fat free, 8g protein each, long story as to why I am eating them..)
&gt;tbsp ketchup
beet greens with curry sauce.(curry paste, a little cocnut milk)
1c red grapes

4:00 SF pudding
1 scoop isopure
tbsp Udo's 3-6-9 oil

6:30
2 Hmong sausage
1/2c rice
2 carrots

Friday seems to have been a slightly sugary day..hmm.

Saturday

6:20
1 scoop isopure in crystal lite
coffee, a little skim milk to cool it down..

7am
Back Day with Brian...
Brian checked my body composition today - I have lost 1% bodyfat and my lean mass has stayed the same, so i feel pretty good about that! On my scale I have lost another pound, too. He switched scales on me at the gym, so it was a little higher than the old one, but the mass was the same, the bodyfat lower, and that is what Mama likes to hear :)

close-grip pulldowns 80X12, 90X10, 100X8 (better this week)
wide low row 60X12, 70X10, 80X8
seated leg curl 80X12, 90X10, 100X8
SLDL limited ROM 45X12, 65X12, 85X8
Cardio right after 25 minutes intervals on elliptical.

1 scoop isopure in water
1 egg, 5 whites, cocnut oil for cooking
1 slice brown rice bread, mart balance light and pineapple jam

11:15
burrito bol at Chipotle:
1/2c rice, 1/2c beans
chicken
salsa, corn salsa, lettuce
diet coke

2:30
3 soy hot dogs (the last, thank goodness)
WF spicy BBQ sauce
1 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot

Dinner is baking - Laree's fit&lean meatloaf from 'Stella's Kitchen',
sweet and reg potatoes, roasted with olive oil, salt
steamed green beans. MMM

Will do 30 minutes on recumbent tonight.

Snack, if hungry, SF pudding , isopure and Udo's.

Today's positive things...
1) Had a really good back workout!
2) My daughter started fencing, I decided I will join her starting next week.
3) Back on track eating, went and made more copies of pages for my food journal...
4) made a new recipe from one of my healthy cookbooks!
