TGU: 5:00 with 12kg bell. Alternating sides each rep
Man Maker: 12:00 with 20kg bell. Active rest was :30 walk.
Thoughts: Work to rest ratio was 1:1 or 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest on the Man Makers.
I switched to this today to focus on the form for the TGUs and Swings.
Not too bad.. good sweat and good stretch.
