Friday came fast this week--and Monday wasn't a holiday.

Squats 10 warm up with bar; 2 sets, 95x15 each

Static lunge superset with 2 pt. dumbbell row w/elbow out:
2 sets 15 (each leg/arm), 25's for the lunges, 30 for the rows.

Push-ups superset with swiss ball crunches:
2 sets, 15 reps each set of push-ups, 20x10 for crunches.

I did 15 regular full pushups for both sets this time! Progress.

My weight has been down a pound from my last officially recorded weight for two days in a row. I won't believe it is real weight loss unless it is still there in an other few days. I think I'm going to skip out of cardio for the week. I know going into the new challenge I'll be getting plenty...giving myself a break.
