Friday: Day 5> Week 4
It was a good workout today. Switched up some stuff cause it felt right. Was able to add more weight & reps again. Did only 15 min. cardio since I thought my squats & lunges were sort of cardio today. Sweat running down my body and I was even out of breath. I cheated on my WW diet. Had a complete meltdown (only Wednesday) I'm afraid I will pay the price on Sunday :(

-15 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer)
followed by total body stretching...

-Seated Leg Tucks (3 sets; BW; 20 reps) alternating with Oblique DB Lifts (3 sets; 20lbs; 20 reps)

-Squats with DB Front Raises (3 sets; 5lbs per arm; 16 reps) alternating with Lunges with DB Lateral Raises (3 sets; 5lbs per arm; 8 reps per leg)
-Single Leg Calf Raises on LP Machine (3 sets per leg; 160lbs; 12-10 reps)
-Peck Deck (3 sets; 35lbs; 15 reps)
-Seated Machine Rows (3 sets; 40lbs; 15 reps)

-Standing Hammer Curls (3 sets; 12lbs; 12 reps) alternating with Single Arm Tricep Extensions (3 sets per arm; 8lbs; 12 reps)

-25 min. fast pace walking with Louie
