Friday early morning, in France at least.

It's so funny that you guys are not awake yet. Here the sun is slowly raising and I hear cars outside driving fast to do whatever they need.
No, I didn't weight myself this morning as promised, but now I got a quite good excuse; I just got my period.... AND as every sensitive woman knows; NEVER ever weight yourself at that time if you don't want to get frustrated (>> pissed off!) for the rest of day (week?)........
I think I told you that I have hormonal problems, so I can never tell when I get this, BUT now I understand better my head and back ache for the last couple of days.
I really hate when I'm not able to train as I want to! )o;
Ok yesterday:
Morning stretching and then straight to the swimming pool, did 1200m and lots of leg work in the water (risking looking like a frog in pain...). In the night time I did a little back, chest and abs:
Straight cable push downs 1x15 4x10
"Normal" pull downs 5x10
Cable cross overs 1x15 4x10
Crunches 5x40
Loooots of nice stretching and 10mins on the stairmaster looking at the guys in the gym trying to do one hand push ups.
Diet is still good. A friend of mine made me discover GUAR GUM as a natural appetite suppressor and I must admit that it is brilliant. I put some in my afternoon shake yesterday (I had to eat the thing with a spoon! lol) and it REALLY controlled my hunger for the rest of the day.
Why didn't I know about this thing a little earlier in my life?!!
