Friday - Fried arm day :)

Am cardio - post-lifting, jum rope intervals and then 25 minutes ellipticval intervals.
Workout -wamr-up 3 minutes elliptical and light curls/ext
Arms:
closegrip bench 130X12, 140X10, dropset 150X6, 140X6, 130X4...
skull crushers 35.5X12, 45.5X12, 55.5X6, 55.5X4
tri pressdown 90x12, 105X10, dropset 100X8, 90X8, 70X8
DB curls 20'sx12, 25'sX12, Dropset 30'sX5, 20X6, 15X8, 12X8
Standing ezbar curls 35.5X12, 45.5X10, 50.5X10
My biceps seemed stronger this week, maybe the pull-ups are adding some strength...don't know but I like it! :)
Pm Cardio - walked at the dog park!
Friday Food:

2 scoops whey, tbsp oil

1/2c oats

5 oz turkey breast
asparagus & mushroom salad (white wine vinegar, salt)

5 oz extra lean ground beef

Things I did right on Friday....
1) Jumped rope! Wow - I did better than I thought it would! And the sweat was coming off my ponytail ilke a faucet was turned on (yuck-o but yay-o).
2) Ate clean!
