BB curl 65X6, 70X6, 75X3
preacher curl 45X9, 55X5, 60X4 barely :)
concentration curl 30X6, 30X5 those sucked
cardio - walked the dogs 1/2 hour
Food on Friday - I wasn't hungry much on Friday, I ate clean, just not all my meals and instead of the refeed meal i had a 'free' meal.MMMMM
Leg day - all by myself...
