Friday - Leg day!

Thursday was rest...cleaned the house...
Legs are my all time favorite day It was a little strange to train in the afternoon, but my energy levels were good and I had a really good workout! Rockstar energy drink has a hew zero carb berry flavor - really tasty but a bit much when I had my superpump an hour later, lol. Pretty red and sweaty during training! Warmed up on the elliptical and with bodyweight squats/squats with the bar.
Squat 115X12, 135X10, 145X8, 165X6 205X4 (there it is )
Leg Press 360X10 for 3 sets, dropset 360X10, 270X10, 180X10, 90X10 Whew!
Shawn Squats 2 sets 25 yuck-o.
Leg curl 100×12, 110X10, 120X8 (we screwed that up, suppose to be 3 sets 12, lol.)
Seated calf/standing calf superset - I was a little disappointed because last week I got 4 sets and this week we gopt to the third set and my calves were seriously fried, my whole left leg was sapzzing out during the last few reps with no weight, lol. So, Brian said we were done seated 70X10/standing bodyweightx25 3 sets - pooh.
I feel pretty good now, gonna rest and recuperate - I am excited because the way my schedule works out next week I will do chest with Brian and I am hoping to hit some PR?s maybe with the bench/db presses?we will see:). Going to grill a whole bunch of chicken and beef this weekend and really tighten up my diet - hardcore from here on out - doing composition tomorrow morning so I know where I start?and my husband is gonna do it with me! so - looking forward to an awesome summer and looking back on a week where I did all of my workouts!!! woo hoo!
