Friday - Legs all by myself :o

Well, really tired today, had to drag my a** to the gym, lol. I think I am just not caught up on my sleep. Had 2 scoops of superpump to try and muster some energy, guess it worked because I had a good workout, despite the earlier dragged out feeling. I am proud of myself that I pushed as hard as I did without brian there to whip me into more reps.

Warmed up by stepping up & down on a 12 foot step (guessing height) for about 5 minutes (one song?Let?s get it started in here?)

Squats also did some warm-up sets with the bar?

115×12, 135X10, 145X8, 175X6, 205X5

Leg press 4 sets of 11 reps with 360lbs

Shawn Squats 2 sets of 26, lots of pasues in the last set

Leg curl - seated 3 sets 100X12

Single leg leg ext 3 sets 40X12 reps per leg

Superset - seated calf raise 70X10/Standing bdywtX25 and today I did all 5 sets I was determined to get all 5 sets, which meant some pause and go on the last 2 sets of standing - but I am really happy that I hit the goal I set my mind on.

I am really down on myself today, I am not sure why, but maybe I am just down in general because we are having such gray crappy weather this week? I have to keep chanting to myself that i am doing everything I can to reach my goals, I have been working hard, I have been eating clean?just keep moving forward. Just keep moving forward.
