Practice: Quad Hop two sets of ten

Circuit:
Snatch: 5x6/side
Clean and Press: 5x6/side
Alternating Swing: 5x16
Figure 8 to Hold: 5x10/side

Half Get Up (to palm): 3x10/side

Tuck Jump Burpees: 3x5

Roller and Stretch: 10:00

Thoughts: Used the 16kg bell today. Still have this cold and it's holding me up, I think.
