Warm Up: KB Warm Up 6:00

TGUs: 5:00 with the 12kg today. Alternated sides each rep.

Snatch: 5:00 with the 20kg (104!!)

Chins: 5/5/4/4/4/3 = 25

Roller and Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: WOOOOOO!!! Knocked out 104 snatches today with the 20kg kb! Then, I entertained the thought of chins with a goal of 25 in total. Done.
