Start: 7:03am
Finish: 7:54am

Warm Up: 7:00 KB and Joint

TGUs: 5:30 with the 12kg.. alternating sides each rep.

Snatch: 5:00 with the 16kg. 117 reps

Renegade Rows: 12kgx4x4

Roller & Stretch: 14:30

Thoughts: I'm sure if my left shoulder were feeling 100%, I would have been able to do 120 to 125 snatches. I'll rest it for now.
