Friday =Rest, Saturday =Playtime :)

Friday I rested and did laundry, cleaned, etc...
Saturday Morning I hit the gym first thing and did the last day of the mini=program I picked for fun: I did it mostly as triple sets today, just for the heck of it...
Warm-up 4 minutes elliptical
First triple set
Db bentover row 15'sX15, 20'sx12, 25'sX10, 30'sX8
Push-ups 15, 12, 12, 12
Step-ups BWX15, 20'sX12, 25'sx12, 30'sX12
Second triple set:
Lying leg curls 80X15, 95X12, 100X10
seated calf raise 3 sets 70X15
Overhead DB preses 3sets 30'sX12
Third triple set:
rear-delt flyes 15'sX12, 20'sx10, 20'sX10
incline skullcrushers 3 sets 45X12
db preacher curls 15'sX12, 20'sx12, 20'sX12
Finished up with hanging abs - I did 3 sets where i first did 15 to the front, then 12 on each side.
I followed all this up with 20 minutes on the treadclimber, since I don't go to this gym location very often and so it is a novelty :)
Stretched out and feeling good!
