Friday & saturday
Friday I lost my sheet to post my workout but lets just say I did it!!!!
Saturday I was looking forward to running outside but it got too cold :(. Ran the track 5 min warm up and cool down and alternated 2 min jog with 2 min fast paced walke till i got 30 min.
I really felt the need to do some light dumbbell arm curls(15lb)and then go right into standing shoulder presses. 2 cycles of 10.
